Thank You Furnace!

Right now...8 degrees with a windchill of -10. At least the wind isn't AS strong as yesterday. We are facing some very cold weather for early December, very cold for any part of the winter. High temperatures today through Wednesday will only be in the mid to upper teens, and with lighter winds the next few nights it will be getting down close to zero in the late night and early morning hours. Lighter winds allow the coldest air, which is the most dense, to collect near the ground while wind keeps things more stirred up. Late in the week there will be a slow, very slow, warm up beginning, but when warmer air moves into a cold air mass like this it does so with clouds and snow becoming more likely. We will have to be on the lookout for some light snow by the weekend.
