Confirm What We Already Know

The month of January is coming to a close, and if you are a resident of the Spokane area, or a regular follower of this blog, you know that the weather has been mild and that there has been a dearth of snow. The statistics back that up as January has turned our to be the 8th warmest on record, in 130 years, and the snowfall has been the 4th lowest amount in that time period, 1.4 inches. February is going to be another rather "nonwintery" month, as it will continue to be very mild. In February the normal high temperature rises from the mid 30s at the beginning of the month to the mid 40s by the 28th, so that means that we will see lots of 40s, and then some 50 degree days as the month goes along.

Today has been one of those days where the energy level just wasn't where it needed to be, especially this afternoon and evening. After church I made a hospital call, and then came home to a spot on the couch, which turned into a napping place. It has been a struggle ever since to get back in gear, and at this point it is just not going to happen. I'll be back at it again tomorrow, starting on the tennis court and ending on the basketball court, with some work at the church in between. Its about time to get more pictures of the interior of the building so that you all can see the progress that is being made.
