While it was time for our monthly Men's Breakfast at St. John's today the ladies...at least some of them...took the opportunity to hit the links. Now you must realize that right next door to the church is a little par 3 golf course, the Eagle Ridge Short Course, and that was the venue of the day. A close look at the score card shows that the longest hole is all of 111 yards, that's if you us the mats with those nice little rubber tees built in. What is most conspicuous is that somewhere along the line they seemed to have missed a hole. Whether that is a hole that wasn't played or just wasn't scored is still being debated. In any event, they all had a good time, and then went out to lunch to discuss the competition. It looks as if the scores were quite competitive, and I have been assured that no money changed hands.
